I went to best buy to purchase a Jitterbug phone for my elderly parent. When I looked online they said in stock. When we got their no Red phones. I asked someone there about them she said she didn't work in that department but would find someone to help. We were waiting a half hour no one came. We spent almost 3 hours with employees checking and not coming back. There were employees talking for almost the whole time we were standing there? One employee was sitting in a chair playing with a phone who was watching us standing there I asked him if he can help us. He said oh no I just work for the Verizon phones and service. Needless to say we didn't get a phone or information about the phone they had none on display or literature on the phone. Not at all happy with best buy or their employees!

Store is office depot about the computer! Which ur price is $359.99 n office depot is $329.00! HP pavilion 590-a0010 desktop computer! I also try to call and all I got is press 1 over n over!

Reduced hours, you have to stop at the door and tell them why you are there and if you need help. No one will approach you to offer help once in the store so you need to tell them at the door or you need to go back up front and request assistance.

Not sure, I would run a virus scan if possible. Best Buy charges $60.00 to find the problem and adfitional to fix it. At keast that was the amount a few years ago.

They will make house calls for setting up nee purchases and also will come to uour house to customize packages for you ie- appliances, networking, smart products as well as home theatre solutions. They have a new program with IHA's(In Home Advisors).

As of right now, there isn't an active demo at this location for the Jedi Challenges game set by Lenovo. However, there is a display that is lit up for your viewing enjoyment.
The Roku Premiere will be better if you have a 4K TV (HD TV still fine). You'll also need a shelf. The Fire Stick runs up to 1080p (HD) and no shelf space needed. A microphone in the remote allows you to ask for a show or genre and it will come up. It also allows you to play games from their app store and play music from services like Spotify, Amazon Music, and more. The Roku is designed to purely be a streaming stick for movies and TV shows; it has lots of free content but tends to be originals or really old stuff (don't expect free Disney movies). The Fire Stick will have free content when it comes down to games. Most content relies on a service like Netflix. Amazon Prime is useful for the Fire Stick for more free content. Roku is $70; the Fire Stick is $40. I recommend looking at the Fire TV that will release 10/25 for $70. It'll do all the Fire Stick stuff, run 4K, and practically be an Amazon Echo. Or you could look into the Roku Streaming Stick or Express for $50 and $30.
