No, they don't have sales per se, (that's not their selling platform) but their prices are consistent and lower than most grocery stores for normally higher priced items. I go there for specific things of high quality at their low price (cheeses, frozen veggies and quick meals, some desserts, specialty items). Also like TJs because they don't have any products with high fructose corn syrup, trans fats and dyes etc. Their products are USUALLY tasty too.
They do highlight specific products in their Flyer leaflet, which you can pick up in stores. It's themed, which is amusing.
Gluten free waffles are my faves
There stuff is always reasonably priced. Special (Sales) are different Everyday.
