Are there FREE shuttle buses still going to the casino? Last year there was a bus every half hour but I haven't seen any lately.

There are shuttle buses, but I don't know if they're still free. They may be. Search for the casino's web site to get more information about the shuttle buses. They've also changed the pick up/drop off locations as well. The shuttle buses no longer run from/to Manhattan - only various locations in Brooklyn and Queens.
