After memorial day you have to pay either daily passes or seasonal pass during the day and It is free after 5 pm

You can find parking throughout the park even next to trails. It is a very nice place to relax alone or with family. Yes, there is a charge at the window...but if you get there before 7am ..you don't have to pay.
