Not sure if they carry them in-store but online they do offer pre-owned and refurbished. You could always call your local store and check to save you a trip. Hope that helps.
Just purchased a used macbook pro thru their online site. Had to update the software to the latest and there are some minor scratches but everything works fine.
Yes some discount prices idk about used, but discounted open box yes.
I don't believe they sell used laptops.
