Rotten celery, over sauced wings, dirty tables, and caked up salt shakers. This location used to be a lot better. Maybe it is just an anomaly but the last two times we have been here the food and service was just “okay”. Not really worth coming back for. One of the worst BW3’s I’ve been to and we have ate at them all over the country.

It would have been really good if the chicken wings that me my two daughters and wife ordered had been cooked all the way through. And that's after we had to wait for some reason over 35 minutes just to get our food and then when we get it it's not even cooked all the way thank God we noticed because we all could have got salmonella poisoning.

i would rather rate this place a 0 star but that’s not possible. the waitress was terrible. she was always gone and we had to wait 20 minutes for her to come back so we could order. i am very disappointed in this place the mountain dew was very carbonated and it was so gross. we asked for chips and salsa and they brought it in the littles cup ever like what am i supposed to do with this? i will never be eating here again we got our side salad when our food came, like what an appetizer🙄 these people need to learn how to do their job!!

Top favorite restaurant, wings are always juicy and meaty, not skimpy with nothing on them. Last time though, I got mild and could only eat 3 they were so spicy. But 99% of the time, perfect! Appetizers never disappoint, and services usually never disappoints. But last night, we walked in and they had a whole list of items they didn't have: traditional wings, cheeseburgers, chicken patties, and the list goes on. Hopefully, this is resolved quick so I can come back!
