Yes they do stay open later for Christmas. Also Kohls stays open like 24 hrs the last week before Christmas
We went on a Friday a couple weeks ago and the website said they were getting ready to close at 9p.m. so we asked the manager at JCpenny and he said the Mall would be staying open til 10p.m. due to Christmas Hours.
I would think that they be open until 7:00 pm on Sundays, and 10 :00 pm on week days evening, you can call the mall office and they can tell you,for sure.
