I took 2 of my kids they didn't require an ID from the minor just my ID and signature given my permission.
All of the piercings should be on the page, when I took my daughter i just had to sign a piece of paper because she is also a minor. Hope this helps
The State of Virginia requires a birth parent to accompany anyone under 18 and sign permission. The parent needs to provide a copy of their state ID. Thank you
Always take ID just in case if you have 1, my soon to be 16 yr old didn't need it I as long as I or my wife was there.
