Once I got to the counter they were awesome. The only problem was that I had an appointment at 1:00 and didn't get called until 1:30. There was only one person working the window until 1:30. It made me late for an appointment.

Very easy in and out. They didn't ask any more questions than needed and got us tagged during covid easier than before covid and told us what we needed to do in future months to come due to our circumstances. Very nice staff

Try online first. To get in an office in person you need an appointment. Getting an appointment right now takes up to 3 months.
