Yes the hours are normally open 24 hrs. However they will close on occasions when it's very slow. They suggest that you call ahead during late night hours to confirm.

I feel if there is not enough customers participation then yes I agree that they should close around 11 p.m. more likely to have more participation on the weekends so maybe the weekend they can stay open 24 hours.
