Omg that's what happened to me a few hours ago..smh... Then one of my orders was disgusting and burnt so they sent me another pasta bowl and then I find a piece of sausage in my food and that's not with order
This happened to me as well. I just made my last order from them about 10min ago. I mainly order from here cus its really close to where I live. After what I just been thru trying to make a order I'm done. Barely got some mild wings dumb chic was telling me it's only hot or plain even though I ordered it plenty of times. Also told me buffalo chicken kickers or the boneless chicken don't exist not on the menu.

I agree very rude, and they don't follow the instructions given on the via the website request
The service sucks but the only way to get it rite is to do it in person not online or over the phone this way when ur food get done u can check it rite there
