Service is too slow and that chicken sandwich was/is more breaded than meat, on a bun. Disgusting! Back to the basic chicken parts I go, and another Popeyes. Only got two stars because it was warm and packaged well.

I placed an order through the app. I was given the wrong order, then told I didn't order a drink that was on my receipt. Two of the employees looked at the receipt and told me I didn't order this drink. Smh. Worst experience I've ever had at a popeyes.

Was in the drive thru 45 minutes. It seems the kitchen is run by children who are playing. When I got to the window to pay, the cashier had her big back to the window and was playing with her phone. Get to the food window, they have the drinks wrong and somebody's evil child is giving dirty looks thru the drive thru window but not taking orders . Bag of food is placed by the register, the girl who gave us the drinks and was distributing the food, clocks out and leaves. Yea... I think that it's for Popeyes for a while.
