My quest is : if i have a particular flower in mind and the dispensary don’t have can they order them it for me if I pay upfront?

No all the places that I know get what they get from the growers since they normally rotate the stains they grow so there's always a variety and not the same thing every time you walk in. Basically the short of it is the dispensaries get what they get from The Growers now they may be able to control the amount but not the strain
