I understand this is a Pet Friendly Motel, However we were in a room next to a family with a dog and while they were out for a few hours the dog barked the ENTIRE TIME! A great solution would be put pet families together so others are not disturbed.

I would have gone to the office and spoken to them about what they could have done to resolve the issue. I have stayed here many times and the staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to anything that I have needed
