It was the most disappointing golf experience I have ever had. They charged $120 to play 18, the round took 6 hours and there was no water or trash cans on the coarse. There were also multiple pin replacements that were filled in with sand. The greens were in horrible shape and half the bunkers didn't even have rakes, which meant there were footprints throughout them. If you are thinking about playing here, don't waste your time.

This place over books and hold tournaments on the weekends. It’s a lot of money to spend to be rushed to wait. At least 15 minute wait between holes. 5+ hours only through 14 holes, couldn’t even finish. Do yourself a favor and spend about the same amount of money at renditions which is about 5 minutes from lake presidential and a much more beautiful course.

Course is in decent shape. Starter/marshal was terrible. Pace of play was absolutely insane (6 hours total and waiting on every single hole). Nothing was done to correct it. Greens look like people in Maryland never learned how to repair a ball mark. Lots of potential but need to make a couple of changes.

The course was nice enough albeit slow moving. My complaint is with their policies. I reserved a foursome but one of my party tested positive for covid the morning of our tee time. Management was entirely unwilling to work with me. I was charged the $120 of his tee time without any concern or attempted customer service. I guess they'd prefer my friend show up and infect the rest of their staff & clientele. I will NOT be booking at Lake Presidential again nor should you unless you want to roll the dice to throw your money away.
