The service by phone leaves much to be desired. The times that I have gone there, the staff has had a correct attention, although as in any service agency, perhaps there, there is no shortage of someone who is not polite or suddenly with a bad day.
Well I know when it will have been because I have in mind is that I have gone to the Peruvian consulate twice and both times have treated me very well and the procedures do not delay as before a passport process and I am almost like 35 minutes to 40 minutes
