That's right. They say they call by phone to find out how the process is. But nobody answers that phone. I have already complained and it gives anger because some workers are spoiled and do not know how to respect the public.

Those do not answer the phones. And they do not respect the public and one does not know what to do because they cover their backs. I am with a procedure for more than a year. When one goes they explain in a way and then they say you did not understand how we said scoundrels.

What I noticed is that the same people who do the paperwork are the ones who answer. And that is wrong because they are distracted and are doing important paperwork. They should have a receptionist. The lady outside was kind and two of the staff treated me very well. There was only one who did not speak to me correctly and logically so I clarified it. It is a pity that your process takes so long.
