The mall opens at 10 but the stores 11

The mall is open at 10am. Some stores open at different time.I was there yesterday 9/9/21 and they closed at 730. At least they keep repeating the announcement on the speakers.
Some stores open at 9 but many not until 11.
There currently is not an enforced opening time. Stores are all opened by 11 usually
Monday to Thursday 10 to 8 Friday Saturday 10 to 9 Sunday 10 to 7
Mon-Sat 10am-9pm Sun 11am-6pm
11am u can check on Google or Google maps for the time just letting you know
