I went today for an oil change, as I always do, and I ended up paying way more than I usually do. I asked the lady behind the counter why that happened because I wanted to know for future reference why the price was higher, for no other reason and she told me to speak to the mechanic because she doesn't know how anything there works. So I asked the guy and he immediately snapped at me with the worst attitude and raising his voice. The customer service in this place is disgusting. There was no need for attitude when I kindly asked him to explain how that happened because I have never paid that much before. I used to recommend this place whenever someone asked and I will no longer ever do that. They fail to realize that customers are as human as they are and respect should be mutual.

The worst car wash in Elizabeth. Unfortunately, I am unable to leave 0 stars on my review. I paid $35 for my car to remain dirty. I complained to one of the workers and he just walked away and left me cleaning. Will NEVER go back there again.

I’m just looking for a good and quick exterior wash and this place is perfect for that, I can’t said the same about the work that they do on the interior. The people have to understand that if u want to get a perfect work inside and outside of your car you gotta pay a Detailing Service, u can’t expect too much just for 25.00 dollars come on!!

The only package worth getting here is the nighttime exterior wash. You get a higher package they don’t clean the mats, they don’t wipe the seats, dashboard, windows nothing. So you get the same service for $7 at night as you would for $23 in the daytime. Attached are the pictures of my car after getting the package #3 which cost $22 plus tax. Seems like their vacuum don’t even work. Go somewhere else if you want a real car wash in which they actually clean your car. And the cashier needs a better attitude too. Never going back here again.
