Hi, yes there are many available sites for seasonal year round camping. Matter of the fact, I am camping in a year round trailer at Harmony Ridge Campground Right now! There is a spot available on the S mountain, right turn after the gate. It is a little expensive, but if you talk it out with the new owner, (owner died, so son owns now), he can get you a deal so you can pay monthly. The staff is really polite, except you need to know how to do buisness to get a deal with them.

Yes. There is no water service from October to around April or waste tank service (but you can dump your own at the dump station). As Luis NY says there are bathrooms, showers, and laundry.
Call the office, they may be able to help you with that, living during the winter will be limited as there is no running water on the sites, but you can still use their public showers, bathrooms and laundry.
