Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. BE CAREFUL. Not only are their premiums high the customer service is horrible. We had an issue where we had to file a claim, the adjuster gave us half of what the job cost, we had to fight for a realistic amount, which was near double the original amount offered (scary) & it’s been 1 year and our claim is still not closed out & it use to take 1 week turn around time to respond, now it’s 1 month and no response. I find this company very underhanded & unprofessional. I do not recommend them.
