Yes...but they are supposed to be leashed...They have a lot of patrols around the pavilion areas...but don't know about area away from there...
Yes. They are supposed to remain on a leash though. Some parks don't enforce that, but I'm thinking this one might since we saw tons of dogs, but none of leash.
