I was going to stop in today but see you are closed. I need to order a cake for May 16th at 6:00 pm. I see you are closed on Sundays also. Would the cake be ok if I pick it up on Sat. for a party on Monday night?

Yes I have gotten cakes on many occasion on a Sat for a Tuesday event. Especially cup cakes. You can not miss with a cake from Buffington.
