Have been using these people for years and the last two times we have went, the quality of service was horrible! The car was still very dirty and there was was looked like blood stains all over the outside that was not there before. The prices went up and the quality went down, sadly. I don't mind paying more as long as I get what I pay for. I don't recommend them anymore, I will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Stopped by to wash my car in the self service bays, but did not get very far. One of the two coin changers had the slot taped over. The other failed to accept bills until it stopped loading bills altogether. It looks like it would have been a decent car wash, but your mileage may vary. Bring quarters.

My Jeep was covered in salt and it was freezing outside (normally I wash it myself), so I decided to stop here on my way home. The pros: there was no line, they allowed me to use a mobile coupon that I wouldn't load on my phone but they honored it anyway. I was pleased with the service until I arrived home and took a closer look at my paint. The cons: I have multiple scratches from front to back on both my driver and passenger sides. Yes, they can easily be buffed out but that's not the point! With that said, I should mention that I know better! However, if you pride yourself on keeping your vehicle scratch free...STICK TO SELF SERVICE. My poor car 😕

Needed a DIY car wash to get rid of the salt and dirt residue from the snow. I won't go to regular car washes because my car has some damage on the driver's side front fender AND regular car washes use spinning brushes and big, course flapping 'brushes' which only scratch the finish. They have about 8 open-ended bays to wash your car. However, they only accept CASH. So I drove off to find an ATM which only dispenses cash in $20 increments. (Why they don't have an ATM on site is baffling.) So I took my 20 bucks back to the car wash to insert it into the coin machine to get the tokens necessary to pay for the wash/rinse. Problem was that the $20 coin dispenser was 'taped off' so that left the $10 token dispenser where I inserted my $20 which was immediately pushed back out. So I went looking for someone to help. Winding corridors away found someone to inquire about getting some tokens. The guy was kind enough to take my 20,give me change AND TOKENS 👍He said 8 tokens (a token is worth a quarter) would give me five minutes. Went back to my car to begin washing it. Put the tokens in the slot and it started! Rinsed off car first before using the soapy wash brush. So far so good. HOWEVER, the rinse hose shut off TOO SOON. I only have a mid-size sedan, not a truck or SUV. 5 minutes just wasn't enough. So I decided to drive away with some foamy soap still on the car. The guy should have suggested more than 5 minutes. So I've learned my lesson and will take the proper money with me AND buy more than 5 minutes. Overall a good place at a good price 👍 As an afterthought they do have a full ser car wash on there with guys who hand dry and even apply tire shine if you wish.
