I've never had a problem with ordering something gluten free. I always specifcally mention allergy though so maybe they are more careful.
I would have went to the manager I'm sure they would have taken care of it there if not then go to coporste
Sounds like who ever took the order didn't make it clear to the kitchen staff. You need to take it up with the restaurant manager. If you don't get satisfied go to corporate office. Good Luck.
Yes I would call the corporate office and speak to the district manager for this facility, and maybe this restaurant can not offer gluten free meals. They may apologize and offer you discounted or free food coupons for your inconvenience. I hope it works out for you, if they want your business they will accommodate or make amends!
