Are any tenants willing to talk about Sunnyside? 1) How much do you pay on average monthly? How much do you pay for electricity (reviews say that you will always go over the limit). 2) How is the wifi 3) Are they tow crazy (reviews make it seem so)?

Can't really help but telling you they called police on us for staying a bit too late in the pool, without even trying to come at us. That resulted in a ticket for trespassing that could have put our visa in jeopardy. The girl working in the front desk at night is the worst. They also will try any way to put additional fees or to restrict services

1)I pay 769 for the more expensive option (including parking pass) I have yet to pay an overage but I've only been there for 3 months now. My roommates say the most they had was about 10 extra each. But I've also heard from reviews that they're much higher than that sometimes. 2) Wifi is very fast, occasionally goes out for 10 minutes, but it's rare. 3) Supposedly anyone who doesn't have a parking pass gets towed but I don't see people just walking around looking in windshields for the passes.
