Alicia Soliz extremly effective with communicating and solving issues. Have not experince yet what is like to life in this appartments, but so far customer service is really good.

If I could give this a lower rating I would. Each building has to split the water bill between all of the residents making your rent about $30 more a month than what you see on signs or what they tell you before handing you a lease. The hallways and stairs ALWAYS smell like sewage or fish. There’s constant construction which is very loud at odd times. Felicia, the manager is not nice nor helpful in anyway. Work orders take forever to process and sometimes they don’t fully fix things. The fire alarms constantly go off in the middle of the night. Half the time the elevators don’t work and the stairs are disgusting. DO NOT LIVE HERE

This place is terrible. Rent is ridiculously high for what you get. When I moved in my apartment was disgusting and dirty, definitely hadn't been cleaned. If you put in a work order they usually just do the bare-minimum to fix it or tell you "we don't have what we need to fix that". My toilet has been leaking since I moved in and there is likely mold under the floor boards, which are peeling up. I talked to maintenance at the beginning of the school year and nothing was done. I put in a work order before leaving for break and they assured me it would be fixed by the time I got back. Turns out they haven't even touched it. All this place cares about is taking your money and running with it. They treat tenants like trash. Never rent from them

Love to huge gym and cardio room! Makes it easy to stay in shape.

Parking passes are an extra $70 per month. There is a WVU garage there also that's is more expensive.
Can't really help but telling you they called police on us for staying a bit too late in the pool, without even trying to come at us. That resulted in a ticket for trespassing that could have put our visa in jeopardy. The girl working in the front desk at night is the worst. They also will try any way to put additional fees or to restrict services
U Club Sunnyside allows only ESA (Emotional Service Animals) with the required paperwork approved before the pet is permitted to be on property.
