How can I reach a specific vendor I bought ATV Box from the TV vendor or cable vendor under and would like to know how does the Box actually work work not getting nothing but a couple of channels try to update the Box need a little help

As others have said, either go online and search for the box or return to the vendor. If you have the instructions use that to further troubleshoot.

Either go on YouTube and enter in the box information for help. Or you may have to go back to the vendor you brought it from.
