I have issues with the McDonald's on Central Avenue, close to the Beltway. Fries over-cooked, or cooked twice, tasted severely freezer burnt, had to go back for ketchup (wasn't included/added to the bag) drive-thru line had 10+ cars in it (pulled out of the drive-thru line, and went inside, only one customer line was open. Horrible service, bad-attitude wait staff, cup lids sticky from soda, no straws or napkins available at the self-serve soda dispenser station. Regional Manager needs to visit these stores and rectify these matters, ASAP.
Chris, I feel your pain, however I used to work at KFC while I was in college. I really didn't know what customer service meant until I started working for IBM. Afterwards, I found that we are all human and sometimes take things for granted and don't realize how little things mean so much until you're on the other side. My advice to you is that in the future you could speak with the manager or in a respectful way guide, but not belittle those individuals because they may not know the importance, impact or significance of their actions. Be careful because people, especially the younger generation can be disrespectful and get offended easily. Also, it was a challenge at best to decipher your message due to all the typos and sentence tense. Your message read and looked like someone who was truly uneducated. Can i ask why you are defending someone who clearly didn't care or had the desire to do there job? Were I come from that would land you in the street almost immediately.
