The staff at The Residence at Silver Hills Apartments has the worst staff I've ever experienced! It is evident that the office staff are not happy with their jobs, they have zero customer service, and they have a way of making you feel that it's a bother for them to show apartments. When I called the first young lady was more concerned with me arriving on time then she was about me seeing the apartment, I get it but it's how you say it. I visited the property today only to be met by another lady who also had no customer service and never utter 2 words on the walk down the street. She said absolutely nothing about the apartment .

I think it’s RIDICULOUS this has been going on for the last month! EVERY OTHER DAY • Sewage backup in your damm tub! You call and no one responds to your complaint or phone call. I can’t even walk safely into my building because the steps are F@@&$)(( UP! You all need to do WAY BETTER! Mice RUNNING AROUND LIKE ITS THEIR HOME AND PAY RENT! As I read reviews I see it’s just not h this property • BUT ALL YOUR PROPERTIES!

The residences at silver hill seemed very ideal to me as a second time renter. I enjoyed the first 2 months then things started to go downhill with time. Within my year lease here I experienced alot of car break-ins, loud fights in the complex, and mice infestations in my 1 bed-room apartment. There was even a night when the police performed a raid in the building adjacent to mine. My car was even hit over night but the complex offered no help in solving this problem. It really saddened me because I enjoyed the convenience of being 15 minutes from downtown DC. The residents portal was constantly filled with angry tenants and they have the right to be. The overall management of this property is pretty bad. Add these things with the fact that there is rarely anywhere to park with constant towing, and that was enough to make me super ready to leave after my 12 month lease.

Good Afternoon, Just wanted to say something about Ms. Bernadine in the leasing office. This woman is passionate about her job. She actually moved me in 3 years ago. Every time I visit the leasing office in need, I'm always taken care of. Thanks for the professionalism, and the loud voice!! LOL..
