Contact them and ask for a supervisor they should be able to retrieve it.
Just have to provide card you purchase ticket with. They can look it up that way.

App, screenshot or contact the manager. You'll get it squared away.
Do you have the app? Purchase should show up there as well if you are part of the club.
If you have a screenshot of your purchase on your phone they have accepted this in the past.
