If you want something for couples, you're going to be bothered by the screaming kids running around you. Yeah, there's a bar - so the adults can ignore their kids on the slides.
Both. My 6 year old went on some of the big rides. It's fine as long as they meet the height requirement and accompanied by an adult. They also have a baby/ small toddler area.

The water park has adult rides as well as a swim up bar of sorts. The bar upstairs has a decent happy hour. There is also a spa and when in season an included outdoor water park or snowtubing. And.. there are zip lines,skiing... great place.
