Dogs are allowed on a leash when using the trails. Then, you can let them off leash in the off-leash area pretty much as you wrap up a hike!
Yes, and you can bring them onto the trails (leashed of course) and down to the riverfront as well. The main dog park is immediately next to the main parking lots. Trails and a pavilion are just behind that
