Usually no, however as Garry stated, some private and public schools get discounts. The discounted admission tickets typically come out early spring.
Some schools and day care centers have class trips and they have special package deals,.eg, I recently took my grandchildren there for a class trip with Washington Kid Care and got great discount tickets for $5 p/child and $12 p/adult and you didn't have to be enrolled in the school either so its worth it to make a few calls to these types of places and see what their trip schedules are!!! Other than that I don't know if they give any other type of group discounts depending on how many people you plan on bringing. Good luck
