Check online. You just can't walk into any DMV anymore they split them all up to take care of certain things only. Like one does Registration only then another DMV won't do Registration but will do titles! CRAZY BUT TRUE LOOK IT UP ON THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE. YOU MIGHT BE IN LUCK BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS THEY ARE LETTING PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH DOING SOME STUFF ONLINE MAYBE A DUPLICATE TITLE... NOT SURE.
I'm not sure about that but don't go to edison for titles registration they are only doing license stuff like renewal permit s anything to do with car registration or title you have to go to another dmv... somerset does car title and car registration....you may also be able to get a duplicate title online
