Yes, you have to buy a card to enter.

There are different levels of fees depending on what you want to do. There's a fee for apple picking, and a different fee if you want to do all the games and stuff besides apple picking, and then a third level that is all of it combined, which is $20 per person. I believe there are some things you might be able to do at no cost like picking pumpkins from their pumpkin patch, but I would go to their website and double-check.
