Hu zur is how it's pronounced
My husband who has lived here his whole life pronounces it Hi-sir, I who am newer to the are pronounce it Hugh-sir, I have heard it said both ways
'"He" "u" "sher" Some people may pronounce it other ways but this is how I always remember saying it and/or hearing it.
Hoser as far as I know. My in-laws who have lived here all of their life told me.
