I have never had an issue. We normally go there in the early morning
We try to clean the espresso machine between noon and 1 because it closes us out at 2. I work at this location and apologize about the inconvenience you've had when coming in. I am not a manager so I cannot do anything about it. And we only have one espresso machine.
I haven't heard that about this location at all, sorry I can't help.
