I had a large package delivered and the box was damaged, if a pole was to fall out would they keep that anywhere?

Negative, they would either discard it as it would be a hs issue ,safety liability. So no I don't believe they would.

I'm really not sure. UPS is very responsible and willing to help, and make right. Give em a call, or better yet take your package to them . Take photos for proof of damage and save. Good luck . I always pray about all worldly problems good and bad. God is the only one I trust.
