What happened to the previous owners of Sunset Diner? The service has really gone down hill. The water for the tea is not hot, but luke warm. The management is really poor. The service is not as great. What is going on?
I have not seen what is being discussed here. We have been going to the Sunset Diner for many years. We often get the same waitress that has served us for years. She is great and we have always enjoyed the food and service.
It is the lay of the land with these new owners. There appears to be no balance with how they want run this location and how to hold on to the employees. They have a very patronizing and phony attitude with the patrons. You have some seasoned veterans working there. Why is it that they are all unhappy? Their reputation in the restaurant business is awful. Seasons change - people don't. Management is proving that everyday.
Really Christopher if you are that worried about it, man up and ask in person not on a website.
This site is not run by anybody from Sunset Diner. So if you have a problem you should contact them directly.
This woman flo is very disrespectful to her staff she needs to remember that she's a worker like everyone else in that place i think the service there is great they never rush you out of there if you are just sitting there and hanging out with friends
