Stay away from this place.. it is a nightmare. I was fully charged for my furniture and still have NOT received it! The owner Sal he is piece of work. When I went to findout status of my furniture.. all he did is YELL AND SHOUT at me.. he has no professionalism, he is the worst. And they will not cancel your order even is beyond the delivery date and you have to pay 25% stocking fee! This place is the worst! Never again!! If I can give -100, I would!

David was great!! He helped us as soon as we walked in. He was very accommodating to our needs as we’re moving in just a few weeks. I would definitely go back to David for future purchases.

Good place for furniture, they have both, budget friendly and expensive furniture. And our salesman was Mr. Arias. We had a great experience with him. Unfortunately the furniture we was looking for was not available, but the price was great. My suggestion is don't get scared with the display prices, always ask to the salesman for a price.

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone at the store?

Noone answers the phone at Greenbrook location. I called for 45 minutes. 5 times. Drove there, not one customer on store, one salesman who pointed to "manager" sitting st counter when I posed that question.. I walked to the desk area, he was sitting there doing nothing. No phones ringing. Just sitting. I asked why he doesn't answer the phone, showed my phone record with all calls from that mid-Monday morning. He replied, "As you can see, we are short stafed" my reply, but there are no customers. You're just sitting. He then said, "I apologize for that. How else can I help you?" I believe phones are turned off. The showroom is triple the price of the outlet, and the online is even cheaper. He said chair I wanted was $2100, but with "half off" it came to $1, 100, then add delivery fee! Online was 599. In outlet store it was 670. I left. Don't go there!

I am disappointed in this store, I bought a room game, on December 20, 2020 and he told me that they had them available that they would possibly arrive in 2 weeks, and they told me that in February and until today n they come to me
