Does this location have any staff?....phone line disconnects or loops and during my visit I was informed by a patron that no one had been at the front desk since they arrived two hours prior.

It's not true... staff is there and really busy making people feel home.... I don't know all the details but that's my experience every time. Maybe each time this person who informed you checked staff was busy changing towers or trash bags.... anyway it's a matter of point of views and patience.

I'm here right now and there seems to only be one person in staff. I know during the weekend they run a skeleton crew.
