If you use Kohl's charge, they can look it up.
Return policy is normally 2 weeks or even more than that. there are 3 ways you can make a return with a receipt, credit card you made a purchase with ( doesn't neccecary has to be a kohl's charge card ) or if you are a rewards member if you have any of these 3 that I just mentioned then you can make a return
Need receipt for returns or they can look it up if you used Kohl's charge
