Everything was fine until I got to the cash register where the young girl who was my cashier informed me her and her co worker were having a competition to see who could get the most Kohl’s credit card sign ups… fun!and I’m glad they’re enjoying their jobs. But she proceeded to push me to get a credit card and made me feel very uncomfortable although I politely declined… three times. /:

Always a pleasant shopping experience. Would have given 5 stars except for the not clear pricing. This is not the norm but it appears this may have been caused by lack of employees.

The sales and the pricing on products need to more clearer. I bought a hat and a pull over that were price right they along higher that was advertised. Pay too much .

Items are not labeled with their price. I spent 15 minutes trying to determine the price of several different air fryers. I'm guessing the reason it's so hard to find the price is because they don't want you to know Kohl's prices are $30 to $60 higher than Walmart. It is a clean place to shop with a generally pleasant atmosphere, however for me the only purpose of going here is to return items to Amazon
