Updated : It has been 21 for New Jersey for a while but regardless now federally it’s 21. So in the USA it is now 21 in every state. You have to be 21+ for any e-cig related products in the state of NJ. We do not carry blu’s or products you can get at convenience stores. If there is a store or convenience store selling to a minor they should be reported.
