There's typically knowledgeable sales people there as well as people who come on a constant basis. What weapons are you looking at utilizing or becoming familiar with? You can always check videos on YouTube or other sites and familiarize yourself with techniques and safety prior to firing the weapon. Most of the time there is someone there on the range that although not an employee, they may assist you with questions and a quick class. You could always go to a store or am search for a gun club and ask them if they have classes or someone that frequents that range.
They dont give classes, but I am certain they can refer you to someone. The sales men are very knowledgeable and will teach you how the gun works, the right Ammo for the gun, they also have a range of guns you can rent.
