Careful!! Fill out the wrong space or sign wrong area, the title will be VOID !! 😏😫 BEST to take the new car title, auto insurance info, drivers license .. Once you get to motor vehicle office, they'll walk U through the rest.. Good Luck ...😁
If transferring a title in another name, you have to fill in your original title as if you were selling your vehicle, Seller, to the new owner to whom you want to transfer it over to, Buyer. So you would fill in the Seller part and the person you want to transfer it over to would sign on the buyers part of the original title. Then the buyer takes the original title with the filled out signatures, addresses and so on down to the DMV with their documents to prove it's who they say they are. After you sign the title over to the buyer, your done. It's up to the buyer to get a new title. Buyer then needs original title with signatures, license, form BA-49 if registering vehicle.
