Recreational marijuana is NOT legal in the state of Pennsylvania. You want some you need to pay the $200 to get a card.
You need an Medical Marijuana ID to purchase. You need a dr to approve you first (prices vary amongst drs)...and you need to pay the state to get the ID also. Try Greenbridge . They'll tell you exactly what they need to certify you
Just contact the agency they will let you know.
