Given the recent fires in that area and wanting to go there so late in the fall, I would suggest contacting them directly about availability. There is very limited access to Scotts Flat Lake.

Yes. There are a number of benches behind the store and day use area. If you are camping i suggest at least two sites as there can only be 10 people to a campsite
