I am trying to get a nondrivers id for my diasabled daughter residing in warren nj in a group home.
What proof ( id,s do I need. Do I have to bring her in person. If so can appt be made.

You have to go to license centers which are listed on dmv website

They don't do ID's at this location.

You would need the 6 points of ID they require if you are getting an actual drivers license. That's listed on their website.
